Point, Click, See, Do in Web Conference Rooms

As Easy As Point & Click

Several times a week, I am invited to conference calls where the moderator is “trying” to explain something that is in front of them, however, making that clear for the listeners, is seldom accomplished. They need a web conference room!

Providing verbal training and communication for listeners is great. Providing visuals to go along with the audio as is done in some web conference rooms is even better. This is currently being done through the use of displaying websites through a co-browser, or providing Power Point Presentations in the web conference rooms. At least they are using a web conference room!

However, walking your viewer through the steps – in a web conference room – on a whiteboard – creates a major difference in their retention and usability of that information. The eye movement of the viewer is critical in keeping their attention and assisting them to learn.

Web conference rooms with whiteboards are the only way to provide training for your employees, clients, prospective customers, downlines, and brainstorming groups. I call it the Point, See, Click & Do method.

• You POINT or draw circles, or underline, or highlight, or type text on the whiteboard.
• They SEE immediately what you are talking about.
• You CLICK on each step of what you would want them to repeat.
• They DO it after you, practicing what you have just taught them.

With the recording features in web conference rooms – now you have a duplicatable system which can be viewed over and over again until they “get it.” Sadly, only a few of the web conference rooms on the market allow the listener to record. I don’t get it! Why don’t they allow their listeners to record? Hmmmmm!

Help your students, employees, clients and all listeners to learn more fully by utilizing a web conference room that features both a whiteboard and recording capabilities. If you're NOT helping others, you're not helping yourself either.
